derby Rules
PLEASE No Abusive Language on the Radio
WEIGH MASTER’S DECISION IS FINAL ON ALL FISH
1. ALL persons on boat must be entered in Derby – No Bank Fisherman
2. ALL fish must be measured at Sportsman’s Club, McAvoy Harbor
3. Fish must be alive, No damage to head or tail & Tagged (F&G Sturgeon Tag)
4. For each Sturgeon kept you must fish with one less person for that day
5. ANY violation of California Fish and Game Laws will disqualify the whole boat
6. Derby updates given on the hour VHF Radio Channel 68
7. All Persons on boat that are cash winners may be required to pass a Polygraph and present a valid I.D. to claim prize.
Winners may be required to supply tax information to claim winnings.
NO FISHING Friday, Feb 1st or Before 7:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb 2nd, 2019!
